Section 1

509ok currently supports transactions through three popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through any method other than these are not accepted.

3.2 Transaction Limits

509ok may set specific limits on transactions for security purposes. In the case of suspicious transactions, 509ok reserves the right to temporarily hold funds for the purpose of investigation.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

509ok provides various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to the acceptance and use of these offers.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Similarly, depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This condition applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳20,000 in bets.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which will be stated alongside the offer.
• A minimum bet amount may be set in order to qualify for a bonus.
• A bonus cannot be used more than once.
• 509ok reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of any irregularity related to bonuses.
• If a violation of bonus rules is proven, the account may be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

For regular players, 509ok offers three VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%; and Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%. You have the opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on your activity and loyalty.
